International orders are sent USPS First-Class Mail International. Because tracking is not available for international shipping anything over $100.00 will require additional insurance coverage.

When shipping Priority Mail I use those free Priority Mail boxes the post office provides. Otherwise I use clean recycled boxes to send your package. I'm environmentally friendly so I won't be using unnecessary packaging.

No refunds or exchanges are accepted unless authorized by me.

Payment
I prefer payment be made with Paypal. Visa, Mastercard and Discover are accepted courtesy of Paypal. If for some reason you don't use Paypal I also have Propay and can accept credit card payment using the Propay service. Checks and money orders are also acceptable as a last resort.

Shipping
Unless your item is a custom order your package will be sent within 2-3 business days upon payment received. Orders are sent USPS Priority Mail or First Class mail with delivery confirmation.
PDF paper toys and patterns are emailed within 24 hours.
